The teleconsultation takes place as a WhatsApp conversation with a vet. You can ask any question and send photos or videos.
Speed
An answer within 60 minutes. The service is available on weekdays (9:30am–11pm), Saturdays (10am–6pm) and Sundays (10am–9pm).
A fixed price
A teleconsultation session costs €15.
Please note
A teleconsultation does not replace a physical consultation. The vet cannot make a diagnosis or issue a prescription.
Appointment
If they judge it necessary, the vet may recommend a visit to a practice or to an emergency service.
Satisfied or refunded
If you are not satisfied with our service, we refund you.

By choosing our veterinary teleconsultation, you are put in direct contact with a qualified vet, a member of the Order of Veterinarians and experienced in handling emergencies.
The service runs through written messaging on WhatsApp. You can send photos and videos to help the vet better understand your pet’s situation.
Absolutely. Our vets answer all your concerns, whether about general medicine, prevention, nutrition or your pet’s behaviour.
Prescriptions are issued only after a physical consultation within the last 12 months. Given the virtual nature of our service, we cannot issue prescriptions.
