When will I receive my order?
It takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery of your croquettes. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered 2 working days later, and those placed after 1pm will arrive 3 working days later.

Where can I receive my croquettes?
The dogs gambolling in the fields of the following countries will be able to enjoy Colonel Gustave’s kibble: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany. An extra delivery charge might be requested when your order is finalised.
I have received my order but there is a problem.
If the parcel you have received is – due to bad luck – not what you ordered, first of all please excuse us as this should not happen. Contact us by e-mail at hello@colonelgustave.com and we will tell you the steps to follow to return the package to us. Of course, we will send you a label to be printed and stuck on the parcel so that the shipment cost you nothing.
