Job description:

As part of our development, we are looking for a passionate digital marketing intern to join our team. Your primary role will be to support our online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEA, marketing automation, and work with our development team to optimize our website.

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement an SEO/SEA strategy aimed at improving our online visibility and increasing our organic traffic.
  • Analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns and propose optimizations to maximize our return on investment.
  • Create quality content for our blog and website to improve our natural referencing and brand image.
  • Improve our marketing automation strategy and implement it in coordination with our actions.
  • Collaborate with the in-store marketing team for joint initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of visual content with our videographers and photographers

Profile sought:

• • Curious and creative mind.
  • Autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of Google tools such as Analytics, Search Console, Ads, etc.
  • Ability to analyze results with a view to improving future actions.
  • Good command of Dutch (if applicable).

At Colonel Gustave, we are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Care Officer who will take care of our customers with the same attention and dedication we put into our products.

Your mission

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls

• Handling customer inquiries via email

• Responding to comments and messages on our social media channels

• Providing general administrative support

• Actively contributing to an excellent customer experience

Your profile

• You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in French, Dutch & English

• You have a curious and creative mindset

• You are autonomous and have a strong sense of responsibility

• You are well-organized and have basic IT skills

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required

• You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
